How to pay:
When you order from our website your payment details are taken by our payment gateway provider WorldPay and processed in a matter of seconds. Your full payment is required with the order.
If you wish to order by email please provide a telephone number so we can call for your credit or debit card details (for your safety, please do not email your payment details to us).
Credit and debit cards:
We accept all cards showing the following signs on the card: Access, Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch/Maestro, Delta , Electron, all debit cards. (Please note: we do not accept cheques).
Dispatch of goods:
We try to dispatch every order the very same day for delivery the next day, but during busy times this may be longer, so please allow three days for delivery. If you have not received by then please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns:
Please advise of any damage or shortages in delivered goods within 24 hours of their receipt. Our full terms and conditions are available on request.
Refund policy:
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contact with us or seven days of receipt of order, unless the goods have been specially made for you. If you return the goods unopened (other than their outer packaging) or unused, to the delivery note
address, we will refund you for the goods. This is only applicable to private consumers and not if used in the course of a business.
